Sam's room

4 bedroom , 3 bath two story house. available bedroom will be upstairs , it will be furnished with a closet. A bathroom will be shared with one other person but you will have your own sink. There is a good size backyard , house is pretty much brand new. you have in house washers and dryers , a garage for storage. there is two dogs and a cat that live here already.

We are two females in our 20s that live together. we are looking for a third to help with rent , it’s a quiet nice little area. we are both respectful of common spaces and personal spaces.
