Hello! There is bedroom open in a 2 bedroom townhouse in historic Five Points/Curtis Park neighborhood. There is a train station within walking distance that takes you downtown. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and breweries within walking distance as well.

I am a 29 year old woman who works in government. I work from home most of the time. I love all of the typical Colorado things - being outside, drinking beer, and eating good food. Creating a safe space where everyone feels at home is super important to me. We do have three dogs in the house, so no more animals at this time.
