Julia's room

We would be renting a new townhouse in Beaverton for $1,250 each on a month to month lease starting Sept. 1st. We would each have our own bedroom, walk-in closet, bathroom and share the kitchen, living rooms (2), half bathroom and parking space/garage. We’d split utilities as well.

I’m a research and development engineer. I also coach high school baseball and am a Ski Patroller. I love softball/baseball, snowboarding, art, rock climbing, pickleball, and eating. I’m clean, organized, respectful and looking for somebody to share my new space with. I’m part of the LGBTQIA+ community so if that is something that is going to bother you, we will not be a good fit. I don’t have any dietary restrictions but am more than willing to accommodate yours.
