I have a room with own bathroom with tech niche available in a brand new 1550+ sq ft house in a quiet neighborhood: Room is around 10x10ft- unfurnished with own bathroom and office space. These rooms will share a bathroom with me (I am only around occasionally). Home resides in a gated community, with driveway parking and a weight room in the garage. The first and last month’s rent would be due before move-in and there is a credit + background check (~$40). Utilities to share among between you and I; gas (usually $10), trash, fiber internet $65 1gbup/1gbdown (gamers where you at?), electric + water around 120. No smoking, recreational drugs, 420, kids, pets, or couples. 8 miles to PDX 4 miles to Vancouver Mall/I-205 1-2 miles to groceries like Fred Meyer and Winco, gas stations, and several restaurants 5.5 miles to WSU Vancouver / Legacy Hospital. Please tell me about yourself when responding, work/school schedule, hobbies, what you’re looking for in a roommate, how long you plan to stay and when you plan to move in. Thanks!
