About the room
Very close to the Medical Center, UH, TSU, and many shopping areas. The house is fenced in with on-street/off-street parking and automatic gates. The whole house featured hardwood flooring and had all amenities such as wifi, cooking utensils, refrigerator, washer, and dryers. Each room is furnished with a bed and mattress, study desk, chair, closet or wardrobe, and nightstand. You will have your own lock and code to get in and out of the house hassle-free. Only one person per room. Musty be quiet and clean. No having strangers over. 5 rooms available (3 rooms with private bathroom, 2 rooms with one shared bathroom). Price range from 600-850 depending on room size.
