Ian's room

The property is newly remolded. The room will have its own private entrance thru the side gate/side door to your room. The room has its own private restroom & closet. No pets please. I will have a cleaner come about once a month to give the entire property a deep clean. The house is about 10 minutes away from the beach, 15 minutes away from the main malls, & 20 min away from John Wayne airport.

You’ll be sharing the main house with three people. It’s my boyfriend, my grandma and myself living in the house. All three of us work in the mornings. We are all responsible and chill people. We are looking for someone who is responsible, positive vibes, clean & responsible for paying rent on time. We have three girl cats & one chihuahua, (she’s very quite since she’s old). Unfortunately, we are not looking for anymore pets to join us since we already have our own. We all clean up our selves & keep the house looking/smelling good.
