Hello, I am offering a room for rent in a Bellflower home. Below are details on the room, home, and a description of our ideal roommate. If you feel that you would be a good fit, please respond to the questions listed below.

The room

• Spacious master bedroom with private bathroom and walk in closet • Room is unfurnished. It will be empty before the move in date. • $850 per month, excluding utilities • Utilities are split evenly between 3 roommates. We pay for: Wifi, electricity, gas, and the gardener. o Utilities average around $50-$80 each per month depending on our usage. • Month to month lease with 30 day notice required before moving out. • Available August 1st 2018. If needed, an earlier move in date will likely be possible

The home

• 3 bedroom home located in a duplex • Private parking available • Washer and dryer available in detached garage • Small backyard • We have a friendly pet cat

The roommates

• Two females - mid to late 20’s • We both work full time • Introverted, and mostly keep to ourselves but always friendly and respectful. • We occasionally have small parties or kickbacks (with overnight guests)

Ideal Roommate

• Clean, responsible, respectful, easy going, and friendly. • Able to pay rent and bills on time with no issues or delays. • Must be 420 friendly • Within our age range (mid 20’s - early 30 ’s) • No couples • Pets are fine as long as they can get along with our roommates cat.
