I’m looking for a roommate for the spare bedroom in my house in University Hills (safe and quiet residential neighborhood near Mueller). The bedroom dimensions are 11’ x 12’ and has white oak hardwood floors. You would have a bathroom, closet, and use of the garage to store items. The backyard has a pool and an expansive wood deck that overlooks a greenbelt with a meditation/ yoga area, from where you can hear the rush of water from Little Walnut Creek below…. Other amenities include laundry room (washer + dryer), furnished living room, furnished kitchen that is easy to cook in, infrared sauna, and a fireplace.
About 15 from downtown and 10-12 minutes from UT. Utilities included(water, trash, gas, internet, pool) available March 1

I am an architect, quiet, neat, and very easy going. I have an amazing Goldendoodle who loves everyone.
