The Cayman Las Colinas is walking distance from the DART, Toyota Music Factory, Irving Convention center, and an assortment of restaurants. The complex has a 2 level pool that is very well kept, 3 grilling areas, a pool table, multiple study rooms, a bocci ball court, cornhole, horseshoe, and VR golf room. There is a multi level parking garage. Dogs have a dog wash room and designated dog park but most people use the plentiful grassy areas around the complex and clean up after themselves. The staff is friendly and maintenance is very efficient and non-intrusive. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath currently and am looking to find a roommate to take the other room. It has its own bathroom with 2 sinks and a very large closet. The bedroom is unfurnished but kitchen and living room are. Move in can be sooner than April 30th if need be.

I am the only other roommate you would have. I am a financial analyst dealing in wealth management. I keep a very clean apartment and am very rarely noisy. I do not have any pets, do not drink, do not smoke but don’t mind if you do as long as it’s outside, I enjoy working out and other outdoor activities.
