We are looking to rent out a room in our house for this upcoming school year. It’s a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house about 5 miles (10 minutes) from Cal Poly Pomona. The room can be rented by a single person for $775 per month or shared between 2 people for about $555 per month. No pets are allowed.
