This is a one person unfurnished private bedroom in a very quiet neighborhood in Northridge about 1 mile to CSUN. Full access to the kitchen and laundry. Utilities and WIFI are included. You will be sharing a bathroom. I have a large pool in the backyard that you are welcome to use. There is plenty of safe street parking on the cul de sac where I live. FULLTIME EMPLOYED OR STUDENT Please no work from home No parties, no drugs or overnight guess are aloud and also please no drama. I do have 2 dogs (very friendly). but if you don’t like dogs this would not be the house for you. There is public transportation right around the corner and there are lots of places to eat very close by. Please let me know if you have any questions or are interested in viewing the room. .

I live in the house that you would be living in. I am retired so I am home a lot. There is a gentlemen living in the other bedroom he is 25 and he works all day and at his girlfriends house a lot so he is not here very much.
