Private bedroom with a shared bathroom. The room will be partially furnished with a queen bed and a nightstand.

The home has undergone plenty of renovations/upgrades with a current back patio (deck) for gatherings/fire pit/BBQ. Home is 1,500 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Brand new driveway.

1. Susan, outgoing and easygoing. She’s known for making killer cookies from time-to-time, quiet, respectful. Early bird, but she is respectful when starting her day.
2. GG is a respectful, well mannered guy who works throughout the week. Easy to talk to, clean, and great company.
3. Roku a small shih tzu. He barks when people come into the house, but he’s quiet overall. No accidents indoors, mellow dog, and usually naps on the couch.

There is also a detached ADU in the back of the house, that unit is also an Airbnb (they do not come into the main house).

We are not looking for more pets in the house at this time.
