About the room
We are seeking a responsible male roommate with a full-time job, preferably a working professional, to occupy a private bedroom in the Hensley District of San Jose.
The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will have a private bedroom but will share a bathroom with 1 other roommate. The house is centrally located, just a few blocks away from Japantown and a five-minute drive to San Pedro Square. Rent is $1100 per month, with a $500 security deposit due upon move-in. The room will be available starting on October 1st.
The house features a washer, dryer, large backyard with a storage shed, and street parking. If you are interested, please send me a brief introduction. Thank you!
