Month-to-month - Because the room is right next to my daughter’s room, I am only considering females. Very quiet home located in Aurora near I-225 between Alameda and E 6th Ave. The room is upstairs with a west facing window and is furnished with a twin bed with a few drawers underneath it. 1/2 bath on main floor, 1-1/2 bath upstairs. Bathrooms are shared. Deposit amount is flexible.

Single 57 yr old female &16yr old daughter who is here 1/2 time looking for a QUIET, CLEAN, cooperative, drama-free, roommate. ABSOLUTELY NO 420, drugs, heavy drinking or firearms!!!! MUST be willing to keep kitchen and common areas extremely clean and keep noise level very low after 10pm.

I have a civil engineering degree but because I have limited work experience in that field, I have been unable to find employment in that field since the pandemic. I also have a CDL and recently tried truck driving for a month, however I had some vision and knee & foot issues that I have to get resolved before deciding which direction my career will go. So, I’m currently working Doordash while I sort things out.

Politically I lean to fairly far to the left and fairly open-minded in other areas too, so I’m probably not a good match for strong right-wing conservatives nor extremely religious people.

There is another senior male housemate renting a room in the basement, 2 large fish tanks in the living room and one older, very friendly cat.
