Josh's room

I have two extra rooms in my house. One is empty and one is furnished. I’d rather rent out the furnished room because I use the empty room for storage but I wouldn’t mind clearing out the empty room. You would have your own bathroom as well. Washer and dryer in the house and the living space is nice. I have a cat but I keep up with the litter well. He’s 7 years old and very friendly.

I have a busy job and work a lot. The house is 3 bedrooms and it’s just me that lives here. It would help me out a lot to have a roommate. I keep the house cleaned up and would expect the same. I’m 32 male and I live a pretty quiet life. No drugs or parties here just a nice quiet house just off the highway near downtown.
