55+ Village Green Mobile Home Park, all amenities are included in the rent, pool, clubhouse activities etc. lots to do in the clubhouse, cards, games. You also have to be 50+ In age as well. Must provide background check to me and the park. I have an unfurnished spare bedroom currently being used as my office, furniture will be removed before you move in. I do have a dresser if you need one. Bathroom is across the hall and has bathtub, sink and toilet everything you need. Kitchen, laundry can all be used. I have a cat and the park only allows small pets under 25 lbs, so ask if you have a pet we will have to discuss it.

I am widowed so I need a roommate to help with the bills. I’m pretty laid back, love to cook, read and crochet. I’m Canadian but I’ve lived here for 22 yrs.
