About the room
2 bedroom 2 bathroom mobile home located in a 55+ Village Green Mobile Home Park. Must do an application with me and the park. You’re entitled to everything the park offers. Pool, clubhouse, activities etc. I have an unfurnished room with use of your own bathroom across the hall. I have a cat so if you have a pet let me know. The park only allows small pets under 25 lbs. currently I have my office furniture in the 2nd bedroom but will be removed. Use of kitchen, washer/dryer all included. Wifi included. Parking under carport.
