One bedroom available with bathroom. This is a family home Mom (47) and son (24). It’s is a three bedroom and loft. We both stay pretty busy with school, work and gym.

This is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom townhome in a gated community close to exit 250. You would probably be mostly by yourself as my son and I work and stay pretty active and like to do trails, gym, and venture out the weekends. I do have a small shihtzu that is well behaved and potty trained. I am clean and friendly. I am friendly and social but don’t have many visitors as I don’t know too many people here. I will respect your privacy if you like to keep to yourself. The bedroom can be fully furnished or empty. The picture is just to give you an idea of the space. It’s a large room with a beautiful view of the pond. No smokers please.I am willing to negotiate on monthly price and deposit.
