Paul's room

Bedroom with private bathroom available in a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom house. Room is 9’ x 12’ with a 4.5’ x 2’ closet. It currently has a bed with extra storage underneath and two nightstands (all pictured) which can be removed if needed. Private full bathroom is across the hall. Shared full kitchen and living space along with an office in the third bedroom with a desk and bookshelf. Shared garage space also available for storage. Backyard includes a large outdoor dining table, grill, and lounge chairs.

House is located in a quiet area of Clairemont on a dead end road, parking is never an issue.

Hey I’m Paul, I’m a 31 year old male that is also the property owner. I’m a working professional in tech and work from home. Outside of work I’m into rec sports (kickball and lacrosse) and outside of that I’m usually surfing.

I’m relatively clean, relaxed, and easy to get along with. Don’t mind pets or having guests over (within reason and forewarning, goes both ways).

I have a 1.5 year old German Shepard mix so preferably no other dogs. No behavior issues and is not aggressive in any way.
