(Bedroom #2 in the layout shown above) Located 5 minutes away from Cal Poly Pomona, this room in a 3rd story, 2 bedroom apartment is ideal for students. All amenities are accounted for with a shared living room, kitchen, in unit washer/dryer and a private bathroom for both tenants. The living room is partially furnished with a couch, a 6-person dining area, and a projector for open use. A balcony looks out on the greenery of the apartment complex, and the room has a south-facing window for plenty of natural light with an open view of a grassy area where many people choose to take their dogs. The apartment complex itself has many shared amenities, such as: 3 pools with grills available for everyone to use, a gym, multiple greenery areas and food trucks that come by every Tuesday. Pets are allowed for an additional fee that must be discussed with the leasing office. The room comes with a pass that allows for parking in any non-reserved spot, or an option for a private spot in a shared garage for an additional $50/month. Visitors are always welcome, with plenty of visitor parking that I’ve never once seen filled. Across the street is a large hilly area with a hiking trail, and a small shopping center is located a short walk away. The neighbors keep to themselves but are super friendly, and the complex’s environment is mostly filled with either families or students attending Cal Poly Pomona, Western University, or Pomona College.

I am a senior at Cal Poly Pomona majoring in Biotechnology. My hobbies include pickleball, gardening, and technology of all kinds. I do have 2 fish (small) in my room, and a plant area currently set up on the balcony. I am a night owl and prefer to have quieter mornings as opposed to quiet nights.
