Two free off-street parking spots and plenty of free street parking available. Outdoor deck and a clean basement with washer and two dryers (laundry is free) as well as a private storage unit. The apartment is 1328 square feet. Right by Lake Harriet in a quiet neighborhood with a coffee shop, restaurants, bus stop, nearby. The utilities we pay for are heat, electricity, and internet.
