Jessica's room

I have a six bedroom house located between Belmont and Gastonia. It’s right off exit 22 on hwy 85. Very close to gas stations, shopping, and entertainment. We have plenty of room in our home to share with the right person. The room that I am renting is a Mother in Law Suite. It’s two rooms in one. All wood floors. The rooms are not furnished so you are welcomed to bring your own bedroom furniture. Tenant will have access to the guest bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, and living room. Rent includes lights, water, heat and ac, cable, and internet. No smoking in the house. I do have a furnished front porch designated for smoking. Prefer female roommate. No couples. No kids. No pets.

I’m 37. Single. Female. Work full time M-F 8am to 5pm. I’m really laid back. I have very little friends. So I don’t have much company. My son in 18 and just graduated. He’s a respectful, well mannered young man and quiet. He doesn’t have company much and is working on what’s next after high school.
