About the room
Hey there, I’ve got a 4/2, that I own and live in myself that I need a roommate to share the space with. I have 2 bedrooms to pick from that’ll have its own bathroom for your personal use. You may utilize both rooms as well, I don’t have a need for all the rooms. I’m not looking to price gouge, just looking for someone to split the main 3 bills with me. I take care of lawn and yard maintence and HOA dues.
5 minutes West of Silver Springs State Park. In a very nice neighborhood with a HOA. Very safe and family friendly. House was built in 2020, so it’s still very nice and new!

About the roomies
My names Jacob! I’m 28, and a full time medical cannabis farmer in Gainesville. I commute 5 days a week to and from work back to Ocala. I have two little cats, they’re both house trained girl cats, Ghost and Bow.
Im a pretty good cook (if i say so myself,) and don’t mind cooking for others if they contribute to groceries. I’m just looking to share the space to free up some finances by not living by myself anymore.
