Hey there, I’ve got a 4/2, that I own and live in myself that I need a roommate to share the space with. I have 2 bedrooms that’ll have its own bathroom for your personal use. You may utilize both rooms as well, I don’t have a need for all the rooms.
5 minutes West of Silver Springs State Park. In a very nice neighborhood with a HOA. Very safe and family friendly. House was built in 2020, and I have a nice lot toward the back of the neighborhood right next to the neighborhood park.
