My house is a cute bungalow in the downtown area of Clarksville, TN. The house is minutes away from Austin Peay University. Perfect for a student. Gate 1 of Fort Campbell Military base is less than 20 minutes away from my house, making this location perfect for a single service member or DOD young professional. The room is unfurnished, has two large windows, and the room Comes with a closet. The cost of rent comes with own bathroom, parking, and utilities included. ⚠️There is no washer and dryer available on the property.

I am a young professional that works on the Military installation. I currently live alone, so I am looking for someone to share my space with.

I enjoy peace and quiet. Therefore I do not allow loud music.

Parties of any kind is not allowed.

No more than one (1) guest is allowed to visit at a time.

Keys and passcodes are not to be shared with anyone.

Roomie is responsible for cleaning up after self. Providing own food and transportation.

Roomie must also be willing to sign sub-lease agreement.
