Reed Avenue

I am renting a nice 6 bedroom home, built less than a year ago. My girlfriend (29) will live there full time and I will visit here and there, as I live in Hermosa Beach. We are looking to rent 2 rooms, maybe three. Keep the other ones as offices and a spear one for guests. It’s located one minute from the bay, 6-7 minutes from the ocean, in Pacific Beach. Home has a front and back patio and a cool rooftop. Sorry for the messy photos, there is a family moving out on July 18th, so they will have plenty of time to clean up before they leave.

My girlfriend is a cardiology nurse, fun, but mellow around the house, as she does night shifts sometimes. Landlord lives on the house next door, so gatherings are fine, but no parties…
