Eric's room

Charming and spacious 1930 brick tutor with views to downtown and Mt. Rainier. Rental includes (second floor) private room, adjacent private bath, in-house washer and dyer, and some storage. House is lightly furnished but the room is not. Total house size is 2,700 sq feet. Yard is beautiful and terraced. It has terrific city and Elliot Bay views from the top terrace. It is also a short 5 minute walk to the C-Line and easy access to the West Seattle Bridge (set to open soon). Easy walk the Alaska Junction, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, LA Fitness, the Y, restaurants and much more.

I am the home owner, and I work in Seattle; my family (wife and children) are currently living out of state to care for aging family. I will be traveling back and forth each month and am looking for a roommate. I will take care of general yard and house cleaning. Hoping to find one roommate who is kind, responsible, and appreciates the houses’ historic charm. Thank you.
