September's room

The main TV in the living room has Netflix, Hulu, HBO, and YouTube premium logged in. No cable, but there are hookups available. I also keep up on all landscaping, pool maintenance, and pest control. It’s a private bedroom with a shared bathroom. Just had a new AC installed so no stress about heat. There would be one uncovered parking spot in the driveway or street parking if you prefer. Neighborhood is pretty quiet. Not a lot of children or traffic. The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference.

We’re two working professionals in our late 20’s. Easy going and clean. Two dogs do live in the home, they are well mannered and socialized.
