The room. We can do furnished or unfurnished. Nice drapes and blinds. Hardwood flooring in bedroom. Closet with built ins. Large TV on wall with Roku. Awesome internet. In you want furnished. we will supply a queen size bed, bedding, nightstand, lamp and your choice of dresser, bookshelf or desk. Your bathroom is next to your bedroom. Lots of storage, bath/tub. You can furnish or we can provide linens and shower curtain. The house is in a gated community in central Arlington. Shared space includes a spacious living room, a dining area, a very nice kitchen, laundry room and patio. We have space for parking 1 vehicle. Housekeeper comes once a week. Please note the photos are from when the home was for sale do it looks like a little girls room but it is not.

I am an accountant and I work from home. My son and his girlfriend live here as well. They occupy the upstairs. Everyone is relaxed. We have a calm and peaceful home. We keep it clean. We would share a fridge but we have 1 inside and two in the garage so plenty of room. The home is light and spacious.
