I just bought the property and have made some excellent renovations, including the bathroom and adding laundry on-site. The room is cozy, about 110 sq ft, with a twin bed and a small closet. Rent does not include utilities ranging from $125-200 per person. Some other features of the property form. 1. Ample private parking (uncovered). 2. Basement storage space. 3. A piano ( You are more than welcome to play one of the two on-site). The application includes a $55 fee for background checks and income verification via 3rd party website.

I am looking for a roommate to help offset some of the costs of building up the property. The ideal roommate will have a full-time job/student and be reasonably active. You must be comfortable sharing a bathroom with me (male, 30).

When I am not at work, I like to spearfish, snowboard, camp, etc. I ask you to keep the areas you use relatively clean and consistently pay the rent and utilities (electric, water, gas, internet) on time. I will take charge of all repairs and maintenance of the property.
