Paul's room

The house is a duplex with the first floor being the first living unit (1br/1ba), and the second and third floors being the second living unit (4br/2ba). We are looking for one roommate to move in this September. The available room is on the second floor of the house. Also on the second floor is the deck, kitchen, second and third bedrooms, a living area, and a bathroom. The third floor is a renovated attic which has the fourth bedroom, a living area, and a bathroom.

Eric (29m) is a grad student at the UofM. Paul (28m) is a carpenter. Kenneth (25m) is a software developer. Charlie (3m) is a cat. We are all laid back, polite, and clean.
