West Street

Hi Everyone, I am moving out of this house soon, but my mother and my roommate will remain in the house. It has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We are renting out the top floor bedroom. The new occupant will also have access to common spaces (where the other roommates may also go,) which will include a large kitchen, second living area with fireplace, second kitchen room (another 660 square feet), and a large, beautiful, private porch area with spacious backyard with fire pit. We look forward to meeting you! House Rules: 1. After 9PM is quiet time, no noise that is very loud. 2. Only one guest is aloud over. 3. Please clean your living area.

We are looking for a fairly laid back, quiet person who does not use drugs or alcohol in excess.
