I am a very down to earth very laid back man l am very clean and is looking for someone who’s clean as well it is a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment I use the shower around 4pm wich is when I get off work so the 1 bathroom usage shouldn’t be a problem I stay in the living room all the time so the room will be all yours And I stay to my self and won’t bother , it comes furnished with a A1 Tempur-pedic bed and a smart TV a dreassure and a his and hers closet WiFi is included I have no rules here besides being clean an pay your part of rent on time all food that I cook and is in the house feel more than welcome to eat till your heart content no need to ask I cook very good so at least leave me a plate 😂😂😂, you can smoke in the house anytime whenever you want just not cigarettes and be as loud as you want this is your house just as it is mine please don’t walk on eggshells with me 😁💯 we have 2 community pools and a laundromat in the community like a 10 second walk. We have a plaza, and a Hispanic club as well as a great restaurants in the plaza as well all about a 30 second walk I have a Pitbull named spice she’s very trained an she is a real sweet heart she bark at first meeting new people but very affectionate and won’t bite unless she’s commanded to so please have no worries, the back porch has a nice view but is under construction so it is a little messy do to rain and leafs the the complex will put a screen back up soon, living room is yours and everything in the house is as well just be respectful.. any questions u can ask me 💯 and the apartment is also right on oak ridge
