No pets as we already have two cats which are rescues from previous roomates! Room without bed but includes dresser, 2 closets and bookcase. $700 .00 per month includes utilities. No electric heaters or air conditioners. 1 fan and a swamp cooler ok. Security deposit is 250. We are friendly but leave you your space For the protection of the people who live here I do require a background check. Really looking for someone to stay at least 6 months or so but the rental agreement is month to month. The room is 12 x11, has built in closets, a dresser, built in drawers and so lots of places to put things in but unfortunately no other extra storage space on property. If you work a day job or swing shift. If you have a car this is a good fit unless you don’t mind walking a half mile to the bus. Nice, quiet neighborhood, good for walks. There is a trail that goes down to the sound 1.5 miles thru the woods. No pets as we already have 2 cats. We all clean up after ourselves and keep common areas clean. All roomates use their own utensils, pots and pans, and cups.. Other than that overnight guests once a week. Be respectful of roomates and reasonably quiet at night after 10 pm. No tobacco smoking.We keep the heat at 68 and a little lower at night. No hard drugs or heavy drinkers .The rental agreement is month to month but hope you will stay at least 6 months. 21 years plus. We keep to ourselves but are friendly passing thru. Sometimes we share a piece of pizza or a meal on holidays. Those into computers, meditation and being alone a good fit as we aren’t so much a social, hangout household. An introvert is a good fit. Ages are 63, 62 and 35. Another working roomate is a good fit. Non tobacco smoking household. Near Meadowdale park. Just looking for someone chill, responsible, positive, meditative, and easy to get along with who knows how to recycle and can follow a few house rules which aren’t many. Have a washer and dryer but the washer cannot be over filled or packed tightly.
