This is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment positioned on the bottom floor in the SoFi Belmar complex, right off of Wadsworth in Lakewood, CO. It is walking distance from the Belmar shopping area (the movie theater there is fan-freakin-tastic), Belmar Park/lake (I encourage you to look it up and check it out), Target, and Whole Foods. It is only about a 10-minute drive to downtown Denver and about a 15-minute drive to the Rocky Mountains/Red Rocks Amphitheater/Morrison. The complex has an outdoor pool, fitness center, parking spot, P.O. Box on site, and a package concierge room that can be accessed 24/7. The unit has its own, full-sized washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a wonderful balcony with a view. I am asking for $900/month, which includes: a fully furnished apartment (aside from your room, of course), water, trash, and a parking pass. We will split electricity ($30-$50/month, depending on the time of year) and internet ($25/month). First and last month’s rent will be due initially (with first month’s rent prorated accordingly), and I will need at least 30 days’ notice when/if you decide to move out. I’m currently on a month-to-month lease with SoFi, but we can certainly discuss signing a lease down the road. Rent is due no later than the 3rd of every month. To get your name on the lease, you will need: a form of identification, a clean record (no violent crimes, essentially), and proof of income. Oh, and if you have a cat (or cat’s), that’s completely fine, it will just be an additional $25/month, per cat (make sure you have their medical records). No dogs though, sorry.

Hi there, my name is Jason - I’m a 32-year-old male, who lives with my friendly cat, Miki. I’m currently attending school at Red Rocks Community college, aiming for a degree in computer science. To pay the bills, I’m a chef - have been for about 16 years. I am looking for someone to move in as soon as possible (rent will be prorated accordingly, of course). Personally, I’m super easy going - I am just looking for someone who is responsible, considerate, and reasonably clean to live with in a laid-back environment - Ideally located (really, just about anything you can think of is close by) - in beautiful Lakewood, CO. I’m a simple kind of guy - I just go work, go to school/do homework on my computer, play video games, play guitar, and generally just hang out in my room. I do smoke cigarettes, but I make sure to do that outside on the balcony. 420 friendly, smoking friendly. Just no huge parties, please.
