Shelby's room

The townhouse has a private parking garage for 2 cars, is across the street from Ralphs, and the major NoHo Arts District is down the street. A lovely balcony, spacious living room with a nice kitchen. New appliances. Guest bath on the primary floor. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a tub shower. Overlooks the street and you can watch the prettiest sunsets from there!

Desiree (25, NYC) and I (24, Miami) are both actors and nannies who love to keep a cute and clean home. We love to host little themed kickbacks, like comedy night or girls’ night (though we don’t do this often). We love cooking, especially in this kitchen! We have a 60“ tv and love to binge-watch together, true crime, rom-coms, and dramas; we watch a wide range and variety. We’re both plant moms, too! We are very open and communicative with each other. If there’s a problem, we talk it out. Don’t have to be friends, but we’d love to welcome a new friend into the home! We’re not loud, we’re respectful and considerate of each other’s boundaries and space.

Our roommate is moving back home to be with family so we’re looking for someone to move in by the end of August!
