Availability is for Bedroom 1, as shown in blueprint photo. Morgan Park Apartments in Vacaville, 2bd/2bth 1,134sq ft with in-unit washer/dryer. Bedroom is big enough for a whole queen sized bedroom set, has a walk-in closet, and private bathroom. Utilities, PGE, and WiFi is divided evenly and estimate an additional $100- $200 every month, give or take. It’s a great location in the center of town, Target and Safeway are a 3min walk away. The complex has a pool/spa, clubhouse and gym. Looking for someone or another couple, who is nice, clean, responsible, and pretty laid back. Pets are welcome and military is preferred. You will have to be added to the lease, there is an application that requires a background check and proof of income.

Names are Sam and Ashley, we are a young couple in our early 20’s. We’re very easy going people, nice, clean, responsible, both have full time jobs and when home we mostly keep to ourselves. We do have a small, cute, well-trained, friendly dog that is 90% of the time asleep in our room lol. We like to keep everything equal and fair by having good communication.
