About the room
Come join us in a beautiful apartment in South Williamsburg, great amenities including massive private patio, laundry in unit, and central AC. The room is the only passageway to the patio so please be aware that we will have to go through your room to access the patio. The room is currently empty and doesn’t have a closet, but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished with everything you need (we have lived here for 4 years!) including a cute little cat named Nara. Room dimensions are 7’ 8“ by 11’ 7“.
About the roomies
You will be joining Luke and Feras, we are both creatives and have lived in New York for 10 years. Our current lease is up August 31st, 2022 and are looking for someone to join a new year lease!
