Great luxury apartment near South Park/Park Road Shopping Center in south Charlotte, NC. Less than 10 minutes to Charlotte International Airport, 10 minutes to Uptown, 15 minutes to NoDa/Plaza Midwood, 5 minutes to I-77, 10 minutes to I-85, 10 minutes to Charlotte Regional Farmers Market, and approx. 11 miles to the South Carolina border.

Roommates each have their own private (unfurnished) bedroom with walk-in closet and personal bathroom with white cabinets.

Shared kitchen, living room, and (in unit) laundry.

Kitchen includes white cabinets (with loads of storage space), grey and white granite countertops, kitchen island, and energy efficient stainless steel appliances.

Living room will already be furnished with sofa and artwork. My current roommate will be taking the TV stand, coffee table, side table, bar cart, and bookshelf with her; so, we will need to discuss how to split replacing these! :)

The apartment is conveniently located in the complex’s main building, which includes easy access to the resort style pool and grilling space, fully equipped gym, yoga room (with on-demand fitness classes), business center, secured mail and package lockers, secured oversized package room, complimentary document shredding, test kitchen, and on-site dry cleaning pick up.

Complex is walking distance to Charlotte’s oldest craft beer establishment, authentic Italian pasta and pizza, pubs, Starbucks, Jeni’s Ice Cream, movie theater, restaurants, shops, and so much more!

Roommate is low-key (i.e., not a heavy partier), involved in community service, and enjoys spending time at the pool or exploring the outdoors with her pups on the weekends. Looking for a reliable, friendly roommate who can communicate openly, pay bills on time, respects my two dogs, shares common area cleaning responsibilities, and enjoys all that Charlotte has to offer!
