Aaron's room

Hey the house has 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms. The available room is upstairs and about 5ft from the bathroom which is shared with with upstairs rooms. The other bathroom is downstairs. The house has a full kitchen and spacious living room. And a very big backyard. I have a hammock on out there and a fire pit. Also backyard games (ping pong, cornhole, ladderball, a slack line, etc). The room is $1,200 a month plus utilities. Comes unfurnished. There is a ceiling fan and a closet. I potentially might have some furniture stuff I could give you. The landlord is currently upgrading a lot of the property and will look much different and nicer by the time a future roomate moves in. Also pretty much all of the furniture you see in the pictures is going away with my roomate who is moving out in august. So I am getting new furniture and all that.

Currently in the house it is just me, my girls friend and one other friend. Me and my girlfriend just graduated from CLU this past semester, and the other roomate graduated college a few years ago. We’re all very easy going and nice. We usually will just take turns for buying paper towels and stuff like that. We like to have game nights and bowling nights and stuff like that. I am really into the outdoors and big in scuba diving, climbing, sports, etc. Right now my work is teaching tennis.
