I have a finished basement room for rent in a quiet neighborhood just off Rt 100 in Pasadena MD. It includes a private full bathroom, storage space, in-home washer/dryer, free parking, access to kitchen, dining room, backyard and patio. The community has a beach within 1mile of the house (15minute walk). Hi-speed wi-fi internet access, electricity, and water is included.

I am mom of one, working full-time in biotech. I enjoy spending my time at the beach or one a walking trail when not at work. No drugs, no smoking, no drama, and no parties, please. As a new property owner, I am looking for a single, female roommate who will pay their rent on-time.
