North of the 8 freeway, Lake Murray exit. All common areas in this Townhome are shared. The office is also a shared space.

Twelve month lease. Rent is $1550+ utilities. Water and trash is included in the rent.

The townhome has two large outdoor sunny patios , swimming pool and jacuzzi. Washer and dryer, AC unit and heating. There plenty of outside guest parking.

The sunny top floor bedroom is 12 x 11, has a extra large closet, and two windows. It will fit a queen bed. It is currently furnished with a double bed.

The townhome is three stories, very private, and is walking distance to markets

About me: I’m 25yr old female and a
busy working professional. I am Vegan, and love to be active. I am extremely clean and organized so I would ask my roommate to have the same qualities. I have two very friendly indoor cats, so you need to be cat friendly.
