The community is safe and nice. People are friendly. Made up of older adults. This would be perfect for a senior looking for a safe stable living situation. I’m a senior myself but am active and can help another senior with small things as needed. I’m preferably looking for a female older adult roommate as this fits my description as well. I’m very clean and neat and kind and I hope to find someone who is similar. Perfection isn’t important but keeping a neat room and bathroom, cleaning up after yourself and being generally considerate is the key to a successful living situation. The room is private and clean and furnished although there is no tv in the bedroom but you can bring your own. Utilities are included. You will have your own bathroom. There is a shared living area and kitchen and lanai. There are no steps except a couple as you enter the main door. There is a lovely community pool, pickle ball court plus community center. I am very close to Marco Island. This is initially a month to month to ensure we both are comfortable with the arrangement and requires 30 days notice for move out. I’ll give you notice as well if something changes on my end. My intention would not be to get someone in just to move them out. If all works well then I’m happy to have you stay!
