Hello! We have a room opening up in our 3 Bed/ 2 Bath apartment in Williamsburg off of the Montrose L (2 min walk) for a two month lease starting August 1. Room can fit a queen, has a large closet, is fully furnished, has a balcony and receives great natural light. $1,630 per month + utilities. Newer building with gym, laundry in building, lounge room, and roof with fully furnished deck. We are looking for someone who is very clean, respectful, and friendly. No pets please.

Things to note about our apartment

1. You will have to pay a security deposit (equal to the month’s rent) 2. We are looking for someone we can be friendly and hang out with! 3. Feel free to use anything in common spaces 4. Please keep common spaces clean. We clean every weekend and about one to two times a month we have someone to come and professionally clean common spaces in the apartment. Cost is about $100 per month for each person. And we split the cost of shared cleaning and household products. 5. We are chill with overnight guests such as family/friends/significant others, as long as space is respected and not for extended stays 6. Both bathrooms are open for anyone to use - not designated 7. Walls are thin in the apartment so just be wary of making loud noise, especially during working and sleeping hours 8. Walls in apartment will be repainted before your move-in

You’d be living with two other females in their late 20s. One works from home full time and another goes into the office 2x per week. We are looking to fill the room with another female in their mid-20s to 30s. Please message if you’re interested!
