We have a big furnished bedroom with its own bathroom available, right on Biscayne Bay and the heart of Miami. The bedroom counts with 1 queen size bed, a big mirror, 55’’ Samsung Smart TV, floor lamp, nightstands and a big closet.

The 2-bed condo, has a spacious kitchen, two bedrooms and a living room with a spectacular view of the ocean and a skyline of Brickell which is also the bedroom view. It gives you enough space while keeping your privacy. The living room and the bedrooms are separated areas. There’s a corner balcony from where you can enjoy the ocean, the pool, the sunrise, and the sunset of Miami. All the great amenities: pool, gym, co-working spaces. The modern fitness center provides everything you need from treadmills to free weights to stay fit year-round. This condo is located in the Best Downtown Area, a walk away from Parks and Outdoor spaces, perfect for exercising, running or walking. 1.. You MUST LOVE DOGS. 2..You are responsible and kind person. 3.. You have a good character and personality. 4.. You are CLEAN and organized. 5.. Preferable No smoker. We ask you Not smoke inside the apt but you can do it in the balcony. 6.. Capable of to be quiet and no noisy after 10 pm.

We are a very kind Venezuelan couple, 62 and 61 y/old and a BEAUTIFUL Dog which is absolutely loved by us, He is very friendly and cute medium size white American bulldog. If you like dogs, You definitely will love him (everyone does).
