PLEASE READ BEFORE MESSAGING! Hi! My wife and I are looking for a roommate for our 2/2 apartment. The room is the master bedroom and has a good size closet and it’s own full bathroom in the room. It also has a sliding glass door that goes out to the patio. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. It’s pretty quiet and the patio looks out to trees. MUST be LGBQT+ friendly and pet friendly. We have a cat and dog. We are looking someone to pay half of the rent ($800) and part of small bills (electric and utilities.) MUST be willing to be on the lease. (This is management rule not ours). You will get a parking sticker for the parking as well. We currently use this room as an office. Everything will be removed and deep cleaned before move in date!

My wife and I are pretty relaxed. We do not smoke or drink. We are 29 and 30 years old. We keep a pretty clean apartment and expect the same in return. The apartment does come with a washer, dryer and a dishwasher. We hope to find someone who is chill, down to earth, and drama free. We will respect your privacy and hope the same in return.
