Hi there! We have one room available September 1st. It’s a four bedroom unit 3 upstairs one downstairs. Two and a half bathrooms and a garage. Washer dryer, dishwasher and parking. Cat and dog friendly as long as they can live with two other cats 😊.

We are two old best friends. One female (kate) 33 creative gay nerdy, and one male (me) 29 goofy friendly and nerdy as well. Also I’d have my own bathroom so you wouldn’t have to worry about sharing a bathroom with guy its all good 😊👌🏽. Both hardworkers, reasonable, responsible, clean and organized with respect for time and personal space. But also approachable and supportive if someone needs any favor big or small. Kat has the two cats 😺 and with possible room for two more max if we check with landlords. Super lgbtq, inclusive, progressive environment and a safe space! 🏳️‍🌈. We mostly keep to ourselves but definitely love hangouts or just venting socializing whenever need be. Very laid back by default and 420 friendly.
