About the room
I currently have a one bedroom. A two bed two bath 1000sq ft split floor plan will be available to transfer to 9/16/22. I have a deposit already paid so you would just need to pay for the $50 application. We will split renters insurance(100ish annually), electric(high 80/low 40), and Wi-Fi (50monthly).
About the roomies
I am 29 years old. I am apart of the lgbtq+ community. I work FT Mon - Fri. I have a doggy with a pet deposit paid. I do not part take in drugs/alcohol. Looking for a roommate that is respectable of my lifestyle. FYI: If you have an animal you will pay your pet rent which is like 20 bucks.
