Looking for two female roommates to fill two bedrooms in a 3 bedroom townhouse inside in an apartment complex in Rosslyn.

About the space: •3 bed, 2 bath (1 shared, 1 private but not attached) •Move in Sept 22 as of now (flex move in date for september possible, just not finalized yet) •Pool amenities •Gym amenities •garage parking •large living room •two floors •in-unit w&d •hard wood in common areas

Pricing: $1316 $183 parking Utilities run around 90-100 a month per person

About me: i moved to the area a year ago, and both my roommates are older and moving into their own places. i currently work for an IT staffing company on a hybrid schedule. outside of work, i’m pretty lowkey during the week with walking the dog, heading to the gym, and cooking dinner. on the weekends i love to be out & about arlington/dc doing stuff with friends. always down for a good brunch, happy hour, or new restaurant.

i have a 5 yr old lab mix, bailey. she is the most lowkey dog ever, she’s very behaved. i’m open to adding another dog to the house but would need a m&g beforehand. open to a dog savvy cat as well, but pending m&g— no other small animals!

Roommate profile:

im looking for roommates who will be respectful of common areas and keep on top of cleaning up after themselves. we currently are really good about putting things away & not letting dishes pile in the sink. during the week, i like to keep the house pretty lowkey regularly, but totally fine with friends visiting — espc on weekends. I’m okay with roommates that want to keep themselves and also good with roommates who want to be friends and do things together.

it’s also really important to me that my new roommates are good with a dog and wouldn’t mind help me out if ever needed 😊
