About the room
This is a four bedroom house with a finished basement perfect for entertainment with a lovely backyard. It’s is a nice area with many parks and trails a few minutes away.
We are located about 20 minutes from New Haven and just a few minutes from N Colony Rd in Wallingford. Very central to many areas and a few minutes from Merritt parkway and I-691 making it easy to travel.
Have one room for rent at $900, another room for $875 and another room for $850. All things stated here apply for all three rooms.
All utilities included in rent. Renters only pay wifi that are split amongst roommates. Each room has an optional AC window unit. Washer and drier units in basement.
About the roomies
Currently we are looking to get 3 more roommates and so far only have one who works two jobs and maintains pretty busy.
