About the room
It’s a three bedroom house but since I talked to the landlord he lowered the rent to $1,500 if only 2 people live there. I’m going to be paying 850 a month. So the other people is responsible for 650. Utilities are not included.
About the roomies
I’m pretty chill and relaxed. I video game and keep to myself mostly. I sometimes have friends over but if any privacy or quietness is needed in the house then I can change plans or whatever.
